A 4-week light-touch support programme helping participants maintain confidence, routine and job-search activity after the initial course, especially when anxiety, rejection or low mood could cause them to withdraw.

• Optional email or Teams support

Target group
This programme is for participants who have completed the Accelerator, Sprint or similar support and need help maintaining progress.
Suitable participants may:

• lose confidence after rejection

• stop applying when they do not hear back

• avoid interviews

• struggle to maintain routine

• need accountability

• feel anxious about starting work

• need help communicating with employers

• need support with reasonable adjustments

• be at risk of dropping back into inactivity

• prepare for real interviews

• follow up employers

• manage first-week-at-work anxiety

• ask for support or adjustments where appropriate

Week 1: Keep going after the course
Focus: Preventing drop-off.
 
Week 2: Rejection, no replies and confidence dips
Focus: Helping participants avoid giving up.
 
Week 3: Interview and employer contact support
Focus: Reducing fear before real employer contact.
 
Week 4: Starting work, training or maintaining progress
Focus: Sustainment and next steps.
