Working in partnership with DWP to provide help and support where its most needed.

Time4AI helps claimants who are held back by low confidence, mild anxiety, low mood, employment gaps or digital barriers to rebuild routine, improve job-search skills and move towards work.

Through live online tutor support and safe AI tools, participants create CVs, practise interviews, complete applications, communicate with employers and agree practical next steps.

The Time4AI Work Confidence Pathway provides a practical, measurable and modern response to one of the key challenges in employability support: helping people who may be capable of work but are held back by anxiety, low confidence, low mood, digital barriers, employment gaps or lack of routine.

By combining live tutor support with safe, supervised use of AI, the pathway helps participants practise privately, reduce overwhelm, rebuild confidence and take real steps towards work, education or training.

The approach is scalable, evidence-led, commissioner-friendly and aligned with the need for practical interventions that move people from inactivity into supported progression.
