Time4AI Work Confidence & Employment Accelerator is a live, tutor-led online programme supporting unemployed adults who experience low confidence, mild/moderate anxiety, low mood or digital barriers that affect job search and progression. The programme uses safe, supervised AI tools to help participants create CVs, complete applications, practise interviews, structure routines, communicate with employers and develop realistic work or training goals.

The programme is not a clinical mental-health intervention. It is a practical employability and confidence intervention designed for participants whose barriers may be compatible with work, education or training when the right support is provided.

Outcomes are measured through pre/post confidence scores, completion of an employability portfolio, applications submitted, interviews attended, progression into work or learning, and sustained outcomes at 4, 8 and 13 weeks.

Delivery model

• 2 weeks online

• 3 hours live tutor-led delivery per day

• 2 hours structured self-directed AI tasks per day

• Small groups: 8–12 participants

• Optional 1:1 check-ins

• Post-course follow-up at 4, 8 and 13 weeks

Daily structure

Week 1: Stabilise, build confidence, create tools

• Day 1: Introduction to safe AI use, confidence baseline, personal goals

• Day 2: Understanding work barriers and building a realistic plan

• Day 3: CV creation and skills mapping

• Day 4: Cover letters, applications and explaining gaps

• Day 5: Routine, motivation and job-search planning

 

Week 2: Action, interviews and progression

• Day 6: Finding suitable vacancies and training options

• Day 7: Interview practice using AI roleplay

• Day 8: Employer communication and reasonable adjustments

• Day 9: Applications, speculative emails and follow-up scripts

• Day 10: Final portfolio, action plan, mock interview and progression review
